On one hand you want awesome efficiency and blazing speed, on the other you want some comfort, too. Put your hands together for Felt's phenomenal Z4! This thoroughbred boasts Felt's feathery ultra-high-modulus carbon frameset that's super stiff for sprinting and climbing like you never have before. It's got some tricks up its carbon sleeve, though and you'll revel in the plush, damped ride. To complement the sweet-riding frame you get an outstanding set of wheels with Mavic rims and SRAM's precision Rival components with a compact SRAM crank that makes easy work of the hills while powerful dual-pivot brakes are there for total control. You'll also love the quality Felt stem, bars, seatpost and the supportive Prologo saddle.
Felt's Z-Series frames are built around a relaxed, compact geometry that's comfortable, stable, and ready to go as fast as you want. The taller head tube allows a more upright riding position, while the longer wheelbase and less aggressive head- and seat-tube angles deliver responsive, confident handling. All the frame tubes are size specific and highly shaped, too, ensuring an optimal ride for every cyclist.
Felt's MMC (Modular Monocoque Construction) method is an advanced carbon manufacturing process that allows Felt to mold individual sections of a frame (see image above) prior to assembly. This allows each frame section to be optimized for its individual requirements before being fused together. The result is a frame with completely integrated joints that offer superior strength, durability and a refined appearance.
